Indoor Range Information

Federal Way Indoor Range (F.W.I.R) is the Northwest’s Premiere Indoor Shooting Range.  Located in South King County and serving the Greater Seattle and Tacoma Area.  With two heated ranges, monthly shooting leagues, and training classes available on site, we provide the ultimate in shooting opportunities.

We have the largest selection of rental guns available daily.  We offer training classes ranging from introduction to firearms, to intermediate and advanced courses.

Our state-of-the-art ventilation is the most efficient system available on the market today.  It exceeds NIOSH, EPA, and OSHA air quality standards.

Tactical Defensive Shooting Night

Tuesday Nights: 5:00-7:00pm

Shoot your tactical rifles, handguns or shotguns in our open/ tactical bay.  We set up both static and movement courses that change each time using house and car doors, barrels, tires and other obstacles. Zero in your rifle on our static side and learn/practice: shooting on the move, weapon transitions and reload drills in a controlled, safe and supervised environment. You have the option of being timed.

Ladies Day

Free Handgun Rental

Wednesday ALL Day

Rent any handgun caliber 22 to 44 Magnum for free. * Ammunition not included and must be purchased at the Range that day.

Groups wishing to rent our Tactical Bays for special events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, employee team building, family get-togethers, or any special occasion can do so by making reservations and placing a deposit to hold your date.

Members groups of three or more can reserve the tactical or open bay for special events such as birthday parties, team building, or other special events, and is available for rent by the hour. Both bays are rated for .223 and .308 calibers.

We will tailor your shooting experience to your group, and special requests are welcomed.  Barriers, steel plate racks, target stands and targets are available. Range safety officers and/or Professional Shooting Instructor’s will be provided as needed.  (Additional fees may apply.)  Includes use of classroom for safety briefing and refreshments.  Feel free to bring decorations, but we ask that you contact us in advance for approval.

This is a great way to learn or improve shooting skills while having fun with family and friends.  Minor’s are welcome when accompanied by adult family members.

Whatever your skill level is, we can provide a safe and fun environment for groups of 3-30.  You may bring your own firearms, or we can provide firearms and ammunition for an additional fee, (group discounts offered).
